Im attempting to install a pci wireless nic and Im having no end of trouble. I run fedora core 6 on a dell dimension 8250 and the nic is a linksys pci wireless adapter.

Any ideas or, know of any good resources for such a thing?

Try searching google "fedora nameofhardware". You'll find/see what you've gotten yourself into!

You MAY need to use NDISwrapper.

It's a very easy process. I found a link to the instructions below. They are for FC5, but will still work.
