Voice mail programs might run without it, as you have indicated, in the demo mode. You might want to check and see if it's there and securely connected. Usually, the software won't load all of the necessary components (drivers) until it detects the presence of the dongle. Ed Vaughn, MBSWWYPBX

Rolo Member Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 16 Jacksonville, Fl	I checjed the Dongle and it looks like it is securely installed. I have a different building with the same System. Can I sitch out the Dongle to see if it fixes the problem or those it have to match the softwares Serial number?

I have a different building with the same System. Can I sWitch out the Dongle to see if it fixes the problem or does it have to match the software's Serial number?

They software just wants to see the dongle present. You might lose voice mail at the other site if the power fails while the dongle is missing since the drivers won't reload. Ed Vaughn, MBSWWYPBX

If so, my guess is it's probably related to the hard drive problem.
