Hi

I am newbie here Im still looking for user guide on NEC SL1000 because i have completed items that i want to enable the IP Telephony

I already plugged it Card IP4WW-VOIPDB VoIP Gateway (16 Channel) and i have 1 IP Digital Phone | IP4ww-12TIXH-C-TEL (Black)

my setup is like this i have DHCP server assigned IP address to my IP Phone Device and I already have IP address as my SIP server in NEC SL1000


I have modified some settings in SL1000
then my IP Phone appeared message SIP Server not Found


COuld anyone who can able to guide me

You can get online tutorials from the web site by going to resources at necsl1100.com

Also, if you are registered with NTAC - you can get the product manuals as a download.

I just put one of these in - and I think this is pretty much a learn as you go system.......

Its big help for me to understand about NEC PBX System.

but im stock on my NEC IP4WW-24T IXH-C-TEL (BK)
i cannot go inside of MENU.

Once I power ON the phone Initializing and trying to connect in DHCP. Yes it is connected in DHCP but after that saying SIP Server Cannot FOund
and I tried to press key HOLD TRANSFER . and # nothing happened even menu followed by 96.

I believed that my SIP server is up because when i ping IP address i can able to ping it even the phone device.


please help how to configure it.

The phone has to be configured and your not using the right password for setup, read your documents for it. Passwords are not posted here.

Actually Configuring of the Phone Device is not yet done because I still cant go inside of MENU Program

I tried this Press Hold Transfer, *, and # but nothing happened the phone device still searching DHCP and after few Seconds SIP Server not found.

What I understand is that I have to go inside of MENU Program so that i can able to set IP address and SIP Server IP Address.

I know now how to access my Phone Device
its so simple by WEB ACCESS since my NEC SL1000 assigned IP address I used that to access it

but the problem still SIP Server not found even i set basic configuration.

The SL1100 needs the MEMdb card to activate the VoIPdb card, i do not know if the SL1000 also has/or needs an MEMdb card.

Just out of interest what is the difference between the SL1000 and 1100??
