A good friend of mine recently moved into a business space that had an Aspire PBX left from the previous owner. He has purchased desk sets, and everything seems to be working OK, except for setting up the VM, the passwords all need to be defaulted.

I want to configure the system now, and from what I understand this is a web based system for programming, or do I need specific software? Where can I download manuals? I'm registered on NTAC, but can't seem to find anything regarding the Aspire.

You are going to need to get a tech on I am afraid if you are certified on the Aspire.

If you are registered with NTAC you must have some NEC certs of some kind. The Aspire is a lot like an SV8100 & that should get you started.

The Aspire was a part of the old Ultracom wing of NEC and may not be on the NTAC site.

I finally found a manual after much searching. Is the software for the SV8100 compatible with the Aspire system?
