Not a Problem, Make sure that the MIC light is on first by Pressing FNC, Dial 1, If it is already on You'll need to turn on HFU in Program MB:4-29 set it to on By Lighting LK2. They Have ETW Phones Right?

Yes, mostly ETW16DD. I tried the MIC light, and it does work, so we are good. Can you sell them a user guide?
