Our school has a Telecor XL system with a Telecor MCC-300 console, and we need to change some of the bell tones. However we can't seem to figure out exactly how to do it, we can change the whole system time (when the key is in "PROGRAM" mode). We can also enable or disable the bell schedules, but we don't know where to go to edit the bell schedules.
Does anyone know how this can be done? Or where we can find a user manual, we have the manual we have does not cover editing schedules, only enabling and disabling them.

This is the manual we already have:

Look at the note at the bottom of page B-16:

"Tone characteristics (how the Tone sounds) can be modified by your system administrator."

It appears you need to locate the System Administration manual. With various system, some distribute a User Guide to everyone, but normally just one System Admin Guide.

If that is true in your case, then there is probably a filing cabinet where Admin Guide is hiding. Admin Guides are like a sock lost in the dryer.

It might be best to contact your Tech Support. It may be that they have a Admin Guide they are willing to part with.

But keep an eye on this post, someone else probably has a better idea.
