I can link you to a PhoneSuite manual, but you'd be better served making the acquaintance of (or becoming) the replacement dealer. https://www.phonesuite.com/support.html PhoneSuite will have your site information and put you through to the nearest dealer where he can supply you with the pdf's of the manual that you can print out. I got mine in class, I give a copy to the customer, but we don't get them anymore except as pdf's.
Not to be mean, but judging from your use of the English language and the fact that your 38 posts appear to be from someone not in the business, I'd withhold all manuals from you until after the warranty expired.....You draw your own conclusion from that.

Thanks for your honesty. No matter where U go and buy any electronics, U always get the manual, even though U have 10 year warranty or 1 year, and whether U spent $1 or $10000, whether U have knowlege of that thing or not. U always get the manual period. But it is all ..... U conclude now. This is matter of honesty with your own customer, from whome U R making your business. And give me one reason, why U do not want to give those manual for to your own customer, who pay really for that system ( who give you their business)

hey hello6 how are you doing i am a phone swuite dealer myself and I never leave manuals on site those manuals are for dealers and telecommunications vendors normally if you do your own programming then you normally eat the remainder of your warranty. We are telecom professionals spend alot f time and money in schools and training and classes to perfect our trade. I understand that if i buy a microwave from wal mart then yes i will get a manual. If i sell you a phone system and if i am expected to warranty said phone system then i never allow my customer to do any programming except end user programming. Because if you were to mess something up because you did not have the foggiest clue what you were doing and you would then come to me and tell me see it dont work then you would expect me to fix it or repalce it at my expense and i do not think any of us here like coming out of our own pocket to fix something that is not our fault. I really hope you understand where i am comming from but when i went to colorado for phone suite training that was money out of my pocket so i could better take care of my customers. So u can conclude as you wish and i hope you find tha manuals that you need but i am sure if you call frank at phone suite i am sure he can guide you in the right direction

What you fail to understand is that while your new system is under warranty, even though ultimately the manufacturer is responsible, in the mean time it's the vendor.
He is the one that has to straighten out the client's goof ups when they try to program something that they have NO training on.
Is it rocket science - NO, but the untrained novice can goof it up so bad that it could hours to straighten out & re-program.
You should get "User's Manuals", but most installers will not leave Installation manuals exactly for that reason. They also usually change any default Installer passwords also for that reason.....to protect the installer.
