Does anyone have a users manual for a Winn 24D ,a customer called me today ,they bought a building with a Winn 24D ,Two of the phones are on DND ,Any help appreciated.

I would have a manual for the 24d, but you probably could get that answer from the user guide. A pdf of it is available at www.win-phone.com. It's not the right user guide specifically, but it should help you out with the DND features, those have not changed.
