I am in need of the hook switch for a large number of Telematrix phones, model # 2702. It seems the manufacturer, and it's distributors do not sell repair parts,thereby forcing hotels to seek other phones, more amenable to field repairs, instead of being forced to send in or worse, purchase new phones!!

Have you tried sandman.com He may be able to help.
However with the cost of $10 to $19 bucks for some of the new IST's out there can you cost justify repairing these phones.
