Try using some rf filters on the co side...it isn't always the station wiring that causes a problem.

Tried re-seating all cards and amps??
When symptom occurs unplug 1 phone at a time?
Could be a bad or crimped line cord.
But as Skip indicated fastest way to eliminate KSU hardware would be new KSU, NOT programmed with Laptop.

Terry, you brought up an interesting point when you mentioned an adjacent hospital. ALL of the hospitals that my company serves have rooftop lease agreements for anything from cellular sites to police/fire/rescue antenna repeater points.
These leases are negotiated by parties independent of the hospital personnel (like real estate agents), so knocking on the hospital's door will likely land you with nothing with regard to an answer. The property manager of the building would have negotiated these deals. Best wishes on this one, but it sounds like you're on the right path.

Have you swapped one of the bad phones, with a newer phone? One that you know has no issues...
