I have a Vodavi 3501-01 and all phones show a code: LKD-24D V0.6J Scout-DX v1.1 NO SYNC. The phone system was moved and was working fine, now I have this code. The system has been powered off and back on and I still get the code. Any help would be appreciated!

Your memory battery is most likely dead. It is easy to check. Put a volt meter on it and you should get over 3 volts dc. If is not dead you have some other problem. If the battery is dead you need to replace it. You can reinitialize the system by throwing dip switch 8 to the opposite position reset or power off the system and back on...once you get time and date put the switch back to its original position.
