Cneck the DVMXferWait time registry item. It determines the the number of seconds to wait for no answer before action 2 when using supervised transfers. Default = 15 about 4 seconds.

I always use supervised transfer. But with this all phones need to delete all forwarding. If the AA is in charge the VM will handle the call just fine. Some users have found out about screening calls so they enable this feature. I bet the conflict is with supervised transfer & stations forwarded at phone also.

What is supervised transfer and screening? I have one extension that asks for callers to record their name prior to transfer then acts like it is transferring but routes back to the auto attendant and asks for the extension again before transferring and giving the employee the option to accept (press one) or decline (press two) the call. I need to turn this off but can't find info in the manual.

The owner of the phone has enabled call screening in their mailbox. You control this thru the mailbox itself. Press vm button, enter pw, press 8 for more options & listen to prompts. It will take u to the rite place & you can disable it. This is used when supervised transfer is used.
