I am working on a Strata 424 that is using a PRI and Contact DK as its voicemail. I am trying to have certain extensions ring during day mode and other extensions ring during night mode. The last company that worked on this phone system has the main line (DID 3700) going to port 000 (extenstion 200). Port 000 also is the owner of PhDN 500, which is on the other phones currently ringing in day mode. When the system is placed into night mode, the calls go directly to the automated attendant and do not ring in at all.
Any suggestions on what to look for? All help is appreciated.

71 3 got the night ringing fixed. How can I make it delay ring to the AA? Say after 4 rings?

Hi Mortuo, Welcome to the board! Voyager is correct, it is program 71. To be more specific, without going into details, you have to change the assignments in 71-1 to be 0 + the DN or PhDN that you want to ring. ---- ^ sorry, I didn't refresh the page to see that you posted ---- I would CF the PhDN, from the owner phone, with a delay of 12 seconds to the VM pilot DN

I'm not as familiar with this system as NEC, but you might try call forwarding the DN to the voicemail or setting it in a hunt group to make it hunt to the voice mail in night mode.

I tried to CF the PhDN from the owner phone using #603 but it would not accept the voicemail DN 399. Any suggestions?

Don't forget to add the delay in the CF string (Int # 603 399 Speed Dial 12 Redial for 12 sec delay to VMail).

From the phone that owns the Phdn, I picked up the phone, pressed the key with the PhDn (501) then dialed #603 (no reorder tone) I dialed 399 and still no reorder tone. The screen appeared to be waiting on an additional digit. I have tried dialing *, *#, and *12# at this point and the phone eventually times out to error. According to the last post, I should be pressing Speed Dial instead, then 12 and redial? Or am I making this too difficult?
Thank you for all of your help.

Yes, you will need to press the sys speed dial button. Check program 205 for the 497 which is the speed dial button.
