Both of the things you tried are for a DK product. You need a CTX/CIX. They are completely different animals. Try #620 this turns on system call forward, only works if SFC was assigned in programming.
or try Station call forwarding #6041 xxx ---where xxx= pilot number for voicemail If his DID rings on a separate key other than his intercom 302 then.... you have to do this from the key that his DID rings on.

If I remember, you are using Winadmin connected to your CTX. Look under the Station Assignments to see which System call forward that station is using.
Then go to the System Call Forwarding table under System to make sure that the Voicemail pilot # is assigned for all types of No Answer.

it was the 05 System Call Forward - it wasn't set to the correct number....thanks for pointing me in the correct direction.
