I'm a newbie, I know enough to be dangerous ;-)
I have a problem with one of my phone extenstion. From within the company, extension dialing goes to VM after 4 rings but from the outside calling in directly it keeps ringing and ringing and riging..........
I have compared a different ext. to the non working one and everything looks fine and yes the extension does have a VM mailbox in place.

Geesh - found the problem thanks to the link above. Phantom DN wasn't set correctly.
Owner PDN, Display DN and VM ID Code wasn't set with an extension.....
