My customer has reported that when callers call in, they cannot hear the receptionist. Callers are hanging up. The receptionist can hear them fine, and if she gets up and goes to another phone, and pushes that line button, the conversation is fine, so its not AT&T. They have tried swapping handsets, like phones, handset cords only, double check for mute to make sure is is OFF, two way interoffice intercom calls to the receptionist cannot hear the receptionist either.
Anybody? thanks in advance for any ideas or suggestions

Have you tried reassigning that DN to another port?

You can also try reseating the ULD card or resetting system.
