I currently have a Telrad Emagen system with a T1 provider for my voice needs. I will be changing my T1 provider to another company, do I need to do any configuration changes other than moving over the T1 crossover cable from the old provider to the new one?

That would depend on if both providers setup the PRI's the same. And that never happens. Plan on some programming before and after the cut.
FYI the EmaGen is the voicemail system not the phone equipment.

Yes you will need the correct software ver of your switch. If you don't have it either SSPhone or myself have the kits.

The customer already had the Emanager software, so I took a look at the PRI programming, it looks like the only programming needed for the T1 is the type of PRI coming in (T1/DID). This was set under the "Trunk Groups" folder.

Do I need to look anywhere else for settings before and after the provider change?

I would be looking at the paper work from the LEC/CLEC and making sure the signaling and framing formats are the same and if different make those changes to the PRI. Also are the DNIS digits going to be them same from both carriers?
