Hi -
We have recently gone from a Meridian PBX to a Telrad VOIP solution. The phone have been on the desks for some months now, and it seems every week we have a problem - echo, cell phones can't connect to our VOIP phone, etc. I don't know anything about the system - not even how to add/delete phones or vm boxes, let alone how to change someone's phone display. Is it ok for me to post here to see if there are any individuals or compannies in the San Francisco East Bay (Oakland, California) who can come on site and work with our company to get things straightened out?

Where is the dealer that installed the system? Did you get any training?
Can you gather somemore info like system type (Advanced IP) with a IPeX and TVSe ect.
Before the system was installed did anyone think of testing the network to see if will handle the traffic that a IP system will add?

Hey SSPhone -
The dealer (twisted pair communications) has almost disappeared. They got their final check, and...no training AT ALL! I know we are running Emagen 10.4, and I connect to the "switch" via an .exe on a server call emanager (3.1.0.8). The switch has about 6 cards in it (the face is off), and one says TVSe voip server. Pretty lost over here.

I will contact Larry the Reginal Sales guy for Telrad and have him give you a call. Lets see if we can get some support from TPC. Like Tony posted all three of the MODs here offer remote support but there will be a fee.
