Hey guys!
At the risk of sounding silly, what is a did card exactly used for and why would you use one?
Do you connect FXS ports to it?
I'd also like to ask a few more questions that probably shouldn't be posted in a public form, SS could you PM me?

DID is used for E&M tie lines or a copper DID curcuit from a LEC for DID lines. Kind of not been used since the use of DID over T1's and PRI's. I still have a few in use to tie a Telrad to other systems.
