It seems like there is a delay between the time stamp on the message and the actual message being played of about 30 seconds....can anyone tell me what could be causing this?

I don't understand? the MSG is left at 12:00. and the time stamp say 12:01.
What version on the e-magen and system. And I don't see this as a problem.
