I have just setup a TVSe server with in my Digital 400 (eD3.09Uc) and have 4 phones connected over a PTP T1 line. Everything is working great however we are getting some echo for the person on the non TVSE end. In the manual it talks about enabling the Accoustic echo canceller feature, but it does not exist for me. Anybody know if this feature was taken out or if I am just missing it for some reason? I am using eManager 3.0.0.20 and the TVSE version is TVSe Software release: IPC_PC_Software_Rel03_Build00.39 TVSe Gateway release: IPC_Proxy_Rel03_Build00.36 iPicasso release: i.Picasso_VER_IPC.112 sw version: 03.00.25 boot: 03.00.25 3015IP release: ST3015IPV74
WEB Content release: IPC_WEBCONTENT_VER03.00.28 LINUX Install release: IPC_linux_Build_03.07

Looks like you need help from the Pro's. Have ya been to school on them you will need that Cert. to get help from them. Just a crazy question is the 400(384) a IPeX or maybe a MPD2?

No, it is just a plain old MPD board. I know that revision we are on does have some features that are not in the manual (MAC address security for one), so I was wondering if perhaps they took away the option. I guess I will have to go through Telrad, thanks for your help.

Are you working off pot's lines or not. Is this also happening on internal calls?

Did you try changing CODEC's or adjusting the jitter? Both are under System Parameters-->IP Parameters--> Voice profile
