Is there any way to play a ran message at the start of any call going into an ACD group(ie.. your call may be monitored.....)

I think it's forced announcement in announcement Plans. record ran and make unlimted I think i would have to try it first. Then set the plan up with diffrent rans after it. But i know there were problems with it in sb3, and maybe sb5.

What i have found is that forced annoucement just makes the whole message play even if a agent becomes available
Software is the newest e2e

Do you have a IPeX/MPD2 or do you have the MPD memory cartridge e2e-1? And what voicemail Imagen or Emagen?

Do the lines ring direct to the ACD or are the tranfered by attend? Also what ver Imagen?
