I have purchased Source 1 Module and a SLD analog card off of Ebay, unfortunately both came in defective. As an end user I can not send these cards directly to Telrad. Is there a 3rd party repair service available?

I would send them back to the seller and ask for a refund. More then likely it's cheaper to replace then repair.
Are you sure they are bad or just not programmed right and also your chips my not be correct for the Ver. you are running.

DTMF is right on is the programming correct? And do you have the correct OCD card to put the source one module on. You can find a Telrad dealer to ship them in for you and have them repaired by telrad so you get the warranty. I think I may know a Telrad Dealer that will do that for you check my profile.
