I have a customer with a Digital 128 system. They have changed their service foerm centrex to Pots. the system was predialing a 9 to access the centrex lines. can anyone tell me how to reprogram it to not predial a 9. we are not a telrad dealer but we do support the other sites for this customer.

You will need the PCP software to program the system. If you have this check the LCR programming find the mod table that is adding the 9 and remove it.
