Since my last post, I am connected to the Keybox and would like to investigate the changes neccesary to enable the follow-me forwarding. I have the configuration file to email if someone would be interested in looking at it.

Are you trying to setup your phone to call forward external?
The config that you have to email what do you want done with it? Is it the system or the voicemail?

Yes, I'm trying to utilize the follow-me funtion to forward externally.
I've got both configurations to examine. I would like to determine why the autoattendant is not functioning to its fullest capabilities.
