Just moved system to new office site. Voice mail says it's full when it's not. Sometime does not answer at all or places caller on HOLD forever with out transferring. Talked to Tom at SunDance said DTMF knows systembackwards and forwards. Thanks Brent

Have you gone into the VMS and checked how full it is? Did you change any programming that we should be aware of?

Also dial each of the VMS ports and make sure they answer. Let us know what happens, we have a couple of very good techs for Telrad in this forum.

I have a computer company and this is a prospective client phone system. I will give your sugestions a shot and let you know. Thanks for the help. Brent

This a service call I would like to go to.
SB2 would still be IVM and running in DOS. Run Scandisk and Defrag on the PC from the root. While running defrag look at the hard drive to see how full it is. You may need to into some of the mailboxes and delete old messages. Try this let us know back.
