I support a Telrad Digital 2000. I am having trouble figuring out how to at AT&T's 1010288 long distance code into the system.

We dial 9 to access an outgoing line. I would like the Telrad to autodial 1010288 plus 1 plus area code and number.

This would also serve as a single LCR by default.

Any hints or tips would be appreciated!

TIA,
pablo

If you are using LCR you should set the codes up in ECC accounts and assign them to the stations, or assign the code to a speed dial. 9 is for accessing the trunks. Also in the LCR set up you can have the system add the digits.

Thanks for the reply!

I wanted to use LCR (by default because I have some 300+ phones hanging off two tied Digital 2000's ). I finally config'd LCR right: >Delete digits 2 >Add Preceding Digits 1010288R

So when the Telrad receives digits 9 and 1 (9 to get out and 1 for long distance)it autodials 1010288. It's working great now!
