I am setting up my phone with DISA, yet I am having problems. I want to be able to call in from home into the phone switch and be able to make a long distance call from home so that it is considered a local call from my home. Can you help??????????
I enabled DISA for my extension and also put a ECC code. But it does not work. Wha am I missing? Can you help??????????

Speaking for myself only,it would not be wise to post such instructions as it opens the switch up for TOLL FRAUD.

I'm sure you will understand why I can't tell you how to accomplish this because I have no way of knowing who you are and why you are trying to charge you long dist. calls to a business. You will have to contact your local tech and have them set it up for you.

Well your probably right, but I don't know if you remember my situation. I was able to set up Voice over IP through 3 routers(germany, chicago and switzerland). Whenever we call Germany or Switzerland it is free. We are going through an existing frame, therefore, we don't pay a dime for the call that is why we are trying to get this DISA started.
