One user station (exec.set) does not receive external calls to VM with the CFNA and CFBY activated. These calls go into the auto attendant. I have edited the functions to pick up the "recorded message" on the user programming end (and forwarded all call to the voicemail ext.). Is there something I need to do at the on-line programming level?

Call Forward No Answer will send calls to your voicemail or another extention when you are not at your desk. To activate, press SPKR, CFNA, EXTENTION #, (XX for voicemail) "XX= voicemail hunt group" Then press SPKR. To cancel, press CANCEL, CFNA, SPKR.

The same for CFBY.
I hope this helps.

Thanks for getting back to me right away. I went through these steps and pressed SPKR after entering the Ext#. Is it necessary to enter a voicemail hunt group after entering the voicemail extension? If not, please send other suggestions, as the external calls to this line are still falling into the auto attendant. Thank you!

Carrie
