I have a Telrad Digital phone that was unplugged. When I plug the phone in, the MSG,DND,MUTE, and SPKR lights chase in order. Any suggestions?
TIA

You need to enter the DN number. That means go to the phone and dial the station number for that phone and then press #. It should come up and work for you. If they are unplugged sometimes they need to have the station number put back into it. Hope this helps dtmf

After reading this is seems that its possible to associate a port with a DN after the fact.
At another site I can de-program the ANI and reprogram it to another set without having to go into the programming software. Im wondering is there a Telrad equiv so I could move a DN to another phone from the phone ??

Changing or adding DN's are done with the PC/Laptop programming and not with the phone. Hope this helps. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.
