Rob, how did this get off topic? Your TA-824 is an unprotected product. I have the MC on my Vista box, so I guess you might be able to run it in compatability mode. I'm pretty sure my craptop talked to an 824. I specifically bought an XP box as my work machine after Vista couldn't run Nortel BCM software and I'm never going to worry about it again.
There are 13 digits that matter to Pana for TDA registration, Dealer ID, Tech ID, and Dealership ID.

Daves name does ring a bell, I think i get automated emails from him, lol. I'll contact him and get it squared away. Yeah no probs using BTS dealer, and i do have the certs, never could access the panacare site as we never had to (we always bought TDA from another dealer, but we became one recently)... soooo i'll go find his contact info and see if he can help me. Thanks for the info.

Hi
I am having problem with my maintanance console. I have the UPMC v7 R1 but cannot connect to the PBX nor open the DMSYS file. The PBX is in a boat and from the states. Is there a US version of the maintenance console? Anyone here can share it to me. many thanks

7.2.1.0 US version would work for him. There are two version of 7.2.1.0,one meant for the USA (UPCMCv7.2.1.0)and the other ...
He just has to get the right version.
Even UPCMCv5.1.2.3 US will do.
