has anyone installed an Aspect 3190 teleset acd phone on an option 11 or 81 switch
I have a customer that has some of these phones
they need some phones added and the ports won't see the sets
I have printed and copied station programming an existing set and no go
I beleive it's a release of the switch is a 23 or 24
thanks for any suggestion

I don't know anything about Option but without making an extension as a member of ACD group you can't be successful. Copy Ext. programming has nothing to do with it. Ext. has to be a member of ACD group and has a proper COS set up for it.

Aspect sets reside to a separate ACD system. They then link to the Option PBX via tie trunking. They don't go directly on an Option Digital port...unless something happened when I was asleep.
