The point I was trying to make was that with the home centers offering telecom gear, anyone can buy a buttset or toner, etc. and say they are in the phone business. Has happened more times then I care to mention, when I have had to go fix a problem started by a so called wanna be technician. Sorry for the ruffled feathers Bunny.
