We've got a principal that we've been trying to get YA running on his laptop. It is a Toshiba Portege, and we can get YA softphones with USB headsets to run both from behind our firewall internally and via CISCO VPN externally once we added valid routes back to the controller. His is the only device we cannot get YA audio on.

We watch the IP PHone emulator service and it will never turn green, so there is no full connection. We've tried both internally on our network and externally via VPN, and the emulator service will simply not bond with either adapter.

Has anyone heard of a similiar issue? I've called tech support and they were great with helping out on the VPN issue, but this they won't touch as it is device specific.
