Cannot complete any international calls on a SX200 EL switch. This is a new installation and using PRI. The carrier see's an international flag and 011 when we try to make the call. The carrier states that they need to see 011 or the international flag on the D channel of the PRI and not both. Oh course when i remove the 011 it does not complete either. I know on a Lucent G3 you can tell the 011 call to go out as an National number and not a Iternational call and that fixes the problem, but i cannot seem to find any such option on the 200. Any help would be great.
