How is it programmed? Do you do have lines assigned and using a line to test? What buttons are programmed on the phones?

Could you specify "they light up"? Is it the lines? DSS buttons? What button is programmed that lights up? All of the buttons on the DBM?

Yes the firmware was upgraded. What do you program for the buttons on the DBM32 to get lights when DND or on the phone and to be able to push DSS button and call that ext. I think im not putting the right program under the buttons.

Have you programed the DBM32? Ex: Say you have a DBM32 attached to a 1416. To program the first button on the DBM-32,........ program button 17 and so on.

Yes have programed buttons put them as user and they all blink when AA answers and gives a beep at console phones. Put them in as dial and get no lights. Is there another way to program the buttons to give you lights when someone is on the phone and not blink when AA answers and beep?

Your issue is not the button programming, but rather that all of those phones ring on an incoming call in addition to the auto attendant. Removing ringing on all of those phones and the blink will stop.
