I normally program SV8100s, DSX 40,80, and 160. I had a recent tech call on a Comdial Impression phone system using 2022s phones. One is stuck in Headset enabled and for the life of me I can not get it out of that mode? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

jwooten is on the money, i forget the code off hand but if you google dsu manual it is in there. youll need a blank button to pgm on, if all of the buttons are lines you'll have to remove one of the lines from the button to do so.

Jwooten and dtcd21...finally got back out to the site today and as per the manual I did the follwing ITCM > **1 > program key > 94 > TC. However, after pressing the program key it says line on the screen and when I press 94 for headset it only shows the 4. Any suggestions?

Why transfer/Conf at the end? This is from the manual....
1. Press INTERCOM at the user’s telephone. 2. Dial * *1. 3. Select button to be programmed. â€â€Press A1–A14, B1–B10. 4. Dial 94. 5. Press SPEAKER to end.

good catch RBF, but when I press the button to be programmed it is showing line on the display screen and when I press 94 only the 4 shows up on the display...does that make sense how I explained it?
