Try www.oldphoneman.com he in Olathe ,ks and has cord board parts listed.

I have know of them for many years and they are pretty good with this kind of stuff. Also, take a look at the Telephone Tribute site (https://www.telephonetribute.com) and select #9 on the dial pad at the top of their home page. I also emailed the other guys in WI asking if I could send them a photo of what I was looking for. It is often hard to describe. But I did send them a link to this thread so they could see the photos and hopefully comment. So we wait.......................
