Coral Tech, we are in Montreal, QC Canada.
I think we will give up trying to fix this voice mail and just get something else for the time being.
It's been too much of a hassle to get any support on this system as the dealers here are more eager to get us to upgrade.

Let me tell you that there is a company that makes the coolest little voicemail for your system. I think it's called Executive Voice. Easy to setup and configure and dirt cheap.

We have a Nitsuko NVM-2002 voice mail system. It's running fine, but recently I've noticed the hard drive starting to run a little loud. I really like to change the hard drive before it crashes, but our vendor told us to fix it we'd have to send the system in to NEC and it would cost around $3,000. All this just to change the hard drive?
I know it's a proprietary system, but all I need to do is get a new hard drive and copy the contents of the old one to the new one. Can this be done?
Thanks

To be honest I have no idea. I THINK it can be done and I have a hardware drive duplicator that I use on my other systems and they all work. I would bet you could do it but I do not know 100%.
