I've setup an SL2100 so all pots trunks are answered immediately by InMail. The DAT table choices work, and send me to the correct user's mailbox where I can leave a message. However, I want the DAT choice to ring the phone for a while, in case the user is at their desk. Then go to user's mailbox if not answered.
24-02-03 is set for 10 seconds. But does not seem to make a difference. My DAT choice is REC 1. Could that be the problem?
Thank you. Jim

Ahh yes. REC1 goes direct to the mailbox. UTRF goes to the phone, then 24-09 applies the transfer.
Had to say it out loud to see my mistake.
