I am manually re-programming a 7200 and cannot for the life of me see where I tell it to use 4 digits for local extensions. It's currently set to 3 digits only by the looks of things.

Look on the MP20 for the proper switch settings.

Turns out it wasn't an issue with 4 digits (as I could use 2001 thru to 2009 for my extensions). If I set an extension to anything above 2010 it would complain that 201 was in use. I resolve it by deleting all of the extensions out of Numbering Plan and renumbering them. It was all fine after that.(perhaps there was a better way, but I only have 80 odd extensions to worry about.

There are dip switch settings on the main processor you can set so that if you do a memory clear, it initializes with everything in 4 digit.
