Thanks for all the advice!
Per a previous post, I had tried the expansion carrier without the 016 card. It is the metal cabinet and it is mounted on the right hand side of the main carrier. Also per previous post, I can't get a display on the console, so I can't perform a board renumbering.
I have ordered another expansion carrier to be shipped in. I'll let you know on Monday how that goes.
Thanks again! Glenn

It sounds like a bad expansion carrier. It could possibly be a fault on the main cabinet, but likely it is the expansion cabinet. By the way, what version of Magix, what cards to you have in it now?

If you completely remove the expansion carrier, does the main carrier, modules & phones come up properly

Thanks Guys! I'll check the versions in the morning when I get there to install the replacement carrier. I had actually considered that the main carrier could have a bad connector but have no clue how to check it other than replacing that carrier also. The main carrier run fine without the expansion Dex. More to come... Glenn

New carrier and power supply resolved the issue! Thank each of you for taking the time to respond to this issue for me. Glenn
