OFF TOPIC
This particular Deluxe happens to have a Gauss 12" speaker (original, not a recone) and has been rewired in amazing ways. It has a master volume and all kinds of push/pull controls that do wild things, but the tone is true to the original, but much louder and clearer. I've played all kinds of Peavey amps, and even own some gear (an old mixer, one of two small columns; the other was recently stolen, and two 250 watt power amps), but none of it ever had the punch or clarity that I wanted. In fairness, I haven't tried their stuff recently, but it's hard to compete with an amp like this one.
About the tech, this guy is a little different. He's a degreed electronic engineer who understands the difference between 10 picofarads and 20 picofarads in sonic terms, and is actually dedicated to giving you what you want, not what he wants you to have.
Give him a shout and chat a little bit - you'll be surprised.

OK guys. Your enthusiasm about guitars and such is infectious. But let's stay on topic, please. You guys can PM each other on this stuff.
How did we do in regards to solving your problem?

Back to our hero. I turn up at the site, and run headlong into several problems.
1) The Magic on Hold unit has two RCA output jacks, one marked Line (600 ohm) and the other marked 1 Watt. Which one do I use ?
2) The form I see when I type 'cha sys fea' has a line that reads 'Music (or Silence) on Transferred Trunk Calls', with options 'no', 'all' and 'call-wait'. Is this the parameter I want, and what is the difference between all and call-wait ? There is no line that reads 'Music/Tone on Hold'. Am I looking in the wrong place ?
The card address is 01A09, which indicates cabinet 1 carrier A slot 09. There is a block labeled A09, which I believe to be my target, but port 1 (first pair - white/blue, blue/white) is punched to a different block with a label on it that says 'paging'. The paging system uses overhead speakers, and I don't know if the Definity is being used for paging, but I feel like I am about to kick a hornet's nest.
3) The switch does have a TN763 card,

1) Use the 600 ohm output. 2) Don't know, but I'd say that "all" will be useful when testing 3) What board is in 01A09?
=======NOTE re item #3========
My bad for asking. I misread your comment as "The switch does not have a TN763". Oops.

TN763 is an aux trunk board. That is the correct board. It's 4 ports. Find an open port and punch your pair down.
To answer #2. Enter all. Your in the right place.
