I need some help/direction in programming via DB Studio an IP phone. I have the licensing installed, I just need a little direction getting the programming done in the switch and on the phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What kind of system do you have? An Axxess or a 5000?

If you are not familiar with the programming on the Axxess system I would highly recommend getting your vendor involved. The steps are easy once you know what you are doing but there are quite a few to get the IP Phones going. You have to do programming on the Axxess itself as well as on the IP Phone in most cases.

Thanks for the information. I was able to resolve the issue with a little digging and patience.
