Interesting given how Verizon sold some of its network assets to Frontier not too long ago. I thought that Verizon might make an offer for Consolidated Communications and reassemble New England Telephone.

Why do I not feel good about this? https://investor.frontier.com/news/news-details/2024/Verizon-to-acquire-Frontier/default.aspxWe have a great fiber to the home network in our corner of Frontierland with 500/500 for about $60 a month. So Vz buys Frontier, strips the fiber business out and sells the dial tone portion to somebody new? Deja Vu all over again. A lotta 'ho's in this business. Carl
