(Very strange)This particular device is an intercom door box. Verkada They are gonna just use a patch cord and put it on jack up in the ceiling and that’s what I’ve been doing for these particular cameras I was just curious if anybody else has had a problem with Verkada devices I don’t think it has anything to do with the crimps

hbiss Member Joined: Feb 2005 Posts: 12,348 Likes: 4 New York	Have you held one of your crimped plugs side by side with a factory plug on a patch cord and compared the pin height, spacing, shape and straightness? If you insert your plug into a keystone or other jack (not the doorbox), does it bend the pins?
