My only issue with the ACC4D and ACC5 was them removing the mercury switch from the handset and putting a hook switch in the cradle. The mercury switch for the speakerphone was one of the cool features of these units! That, and the weird keypad redesign on the 5 where the color coding doesn’t make much sense and the shift button looks out of place because of its size. Thanks for all the help.
