We are also long time Panasonic dealers and I have been trying to avoid quoting Samsung systems knowing this was coming. We have also been selling hosted for several years now and are happy with that. Not sure what I'm going to tell my Samsung customers who have recently purchased a system.

It was straight forward, easy to program intuitive layout. Are they getting out of the business phone system completely or just retiring these particular models and making something new in the future? Thanks. I just got a Demo kit for Grandstream to play with and I guess Iâ€™ll go NEC for the Digital side
