Did you try lines 6 , 7 and 8?
Did you press the Amp cable in tight to the CICS?
Did you re-punch the cable pairs on the back if using BIX or inspect connections on those primitive 66 blocks?
Try another Amp cable?
Making a couple test AMP cables using a BIX36B (or equivalent) is very helpfully Plug into KSU then try toner in each jack/port. Test done under a minute.
Did you check Maintenance to see if port 205 is Idle? Might tell if a software/hardware issue.
