I have 4 CO lines on my TVA50. When a call comes in, i can see the co light go red and then start ringing. The problem is, the caller will have two rings on their end before i actaully hear a full one on mine. Any suggestions? The ICD group 601 is set to immediate.

For the archives, the CID data is sent between the 1st and 2nd ring. When you install a CID card, it automatically moves the ringing to the 2nd ring (that's why the CO goes red). If you turn off CID, it will ring on the first ring, but if it's picked up before the second, you will lose the CID information and the logging.
